Brent composed and performed the original music score for Sequin In A Blue Room, Directed by Samuel Van Grinsven. The film premiered at the Sydney Film Festival in 2019, taking out the Audience Prize for Best Feature.

In 2019, Brent also composed and performed the music for the short film, Jadai- The Broome Brawler (Directed by Nathan Mewett and Curtis Taylor). This film was the recipient of the Lexus Australia Short Film Fellowship and also debuted at the Sydney Film Festival in 2019.

The Currents Will Bring Them Back To Us (2017, Directed and Produced by Brent Williams) is a video accompanying a musical lament in reaction to the Australian government’s treatment of refugees, particularly those who arrive by sea.

In 2009, Brent composed original music for this display of photos of Port Kembla Steelworks by Bernie Fischer, Viva Industrie. Brent also edited the film, and it was shown as part of the 2009 Viva La Gong festival.
